Hi Nancy/Robert,
I do not have any further questions, but customers should be aware that the Microsoft released Access Web database templates which do not operate in Office 365 (Sharepoint) (or the reporting does not and for will not be enabled in the future releases Robert has mentioned), seems very strange to release templates in for the web, but they do not operate on Microsoft's own products.
It is more disappointment that you take the time to make changes to a template, demonstrate the template in Access and then when you upload to the sharepoint site have it configured and the web part configured, then you find out it will not operate due to SSRS and it has been like this for over two years, it would have been better to know from the begining that the reporting will not operate in O365.
Regards
Martin
I was just curious because i have been trying to create something that enable a user to click an icon on their desktop that would ask for their credentials and then activate the office professional plus subscription as well as configure outlook with their email settings by using their login information.
I would hope that this is possible to get or create in the future.
Hi Martin,
I understand your disappointment about this and thanks for your kindly suggestion. Meanwhile, you can feedback to us about your experence using Feedback button at the bottom right corner of this page.
Thank you again for your valuable suggestions!
Best regards,
Nancy Xie
Yes I think I followed some instructions and manually changed A record. Can you fix it?
Thanks

Hi It Tech,
For future refernce, once verified you can then simply hit cancel. As mcvh says you can then use the registrars DNS. You are not forced to MS DNS.
Thanks for the responses guys. I have read this article and actually did hit cancel at step 5 of the wizard but doing so leaves it in an incomplete state so I decided to do as it asked move DNS to MS. Now that the wizard is done I could move DNS back to their ISP. Leaving the wizard in an incomplete state probably wouldn't have hurt anything but it would have bothered me to do so. Especially since the client would probably have questions about it when they log in for management purposes. I just wondering if MS can shed some light on why this is happening.
That could be. I'm not a DNS wiz and I've never run into this before so it makes me a little nervous. I won't know if it is causing problems until everyone shows up on Monday morning. That's not a situation that I want to be in. As of now all of my test emails to and from them have made it through without issue. Also, as of the last hour, the problem occurs much less frequently than it did. Maybe I need to be more patient.
It would be cool if someone else that is using MS for DNS could check and see if it is happening with them. I tried a domain from another post with the same issue but it looks like he has moved his DNS away from MS.
1 in 10 clicks are Lame! Test on a site migrated 2 months ago. But site and email have never been a problem
Richard answered my question. It worked. I appreciate all the help
Hi hmosiejones,
Thanks for posting here. I'd like to confirm which SharePoint service you are using now, SharePoint Online or On-premises SharePoint Server?
If you are using SharePoint Online, I would like to confirm did you set up a template for the content type? If so, please check the template URL or template file for the content type is correct. If the issue persists, please re-run desktop app form MOP download page, see here: http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-smallbusinesses/ff637537.aspx
If you are using SharePoint Server, I sincerely suggest post it in SharePoint forum. This is the link:

Please me know if there are anything unclear.
Thanks,
Allen Qiu
Hi Andrew
Did you use the steps in the following article to check out a file?
If not, please refer the steps above to test the issue. Before editing the file, please make sure the icon next to the checked-out file name is partially covered by a green, downward-pointing arrow , which means you have checked out this file successfully. When you hover over the icon of any checked-out file, a tool tip displays the name of the document and the name of the person who has it checked out.
If you have confirmed the steps and issue still exist, please provide below information to find the probably causes:
1. When you edit a file, are you using browser or Microsoft Word to open it?
2. Did you receive an error message when saving a file that has been checked out? What are the exactly words? Please post the error screenshot here.
If you are using Microsoft Word, please make sure you are logging in Office Professional Plus as the same user account with the one who check out the file.
Best regards,
Nancy Xie

I am busy migrating to Office 365 from my old POP3 account. I have setup 3 users on Office 365 and am able to connect to two of the accounts from Outlook 2007. The third account will not Autodiscover and keeps coming back and asking me for the username and password. The credentials I am supplying are correct as I can log onto OWA with them. I have tried this account on multiple machines and my iPhone but no joy. If I test Outlook Autodiscover on testexchangeconnectivity.com it passes for the first two accounts but fails on the third.
Can someone please advise what I am doing wrong as I am at my wits end.
Hi,
I found many people who experience with domain verification issues. I am absolutely one of those. I have been trying to find solutions from other's post but so far I can't.
I am using Melbourne. Status for the domain is published. It has already passed more than 72 hours. What is my next step?
Thank you for your time to help me.
Naoyo
Hi nmori,
Before moving on, I'd like to confirm that you use O365 p1 plan and want to verify the domain at Melbourne, right?
Please refer to the destails below to verify it.Hi Mr.Jan,
How are things going? If you need further assistance, please feel free to let us know.
