Hi, for some reason there were no issues opening documents on Friday19th so didn't try the above. Will monitor this as there are no apparent reasons for this - no system/pc upgrades etc.

Hi jranis,
I’d like to confirm if you want to point the public web site to wix site and keep the mail service at Office 365 and when you try to create an A record in the DNS manager you found there is an un-editable A record have been already existed. If yes, could you please check in the DNS manager what the SharePoint website address is?
As far as I know if you have changed the SharePoint website address to the custom domain, the system will automatically create an un-editable A record and CNAME in DNS manager. However once you change the SharePoint website address to the onmicrosoft domain, those un-editable DNS records will automatically change to editable records, so that you are able to modify or remove them.
Thanks,
Kent Gu
You can definitly integrate Office 365 with CRM online. You need to provision both CRM and Office 365 (both are available for a free 30 day trial). Cloud9 Insight have a video on how to do integration (pretty simple) on their resources page on website www.cloud9insight.com they can also provision - free - both CRM and Office 365 for you - email info@cloud9insight.com if you need this still. Good luck !! Carlene
Hi,
I have my domian and email registered with 123-reg.com I changed the DSN settings to point my email to microsoft online - so email works, but my site is now down.
What are the MX record settings that I need to add to my email - I have had to revert back to the standard 123-reg DSN so that my website is not down.
Thanks in advance
The process you described is the process i have been using, these pictures have never been uploaded to office live and I am not cut and pasting, this is very frustrating as I have no idea why they would be show the path you describe. How can I change this path
I am trying to find a link or anything to submit a service request, but I can't seem to find it. Can someone point me in the right direction?
I need to submit a request becuase I inadvertently deleted my team site and need a new one created.

You do NOT understand what my problem is! I have the same solution as you but my table has more columns which is why I get the error message. Please stop filling the thread with posts that offer no solution to my problem!
1. You don't have to be so rude. With this attitude...
2. Take a look here: social.msdn.microsoft.com/.../c9936a99-58a8-4ffb-8737-5df5444808ed
You can't change that limitation.
Did you read the last post of the link you provided? Because that is exactly what I'm asking.
And sorry if I came across as rude. I appreciate your effort to help but you didn't seem to understand what my real problem was/is.
Yes. I have read it and understand it. You can't change it, because ONLY the Server version of SharePoint offers you that ability.
For the online version (the one you have), the option of extending the column value limit doesn't exist.
I've downloaded Office 365. I read this process does click-to-run functionality.
Thanks.
I have 2 domains on Office 365, a .co.uk and a .com
Currently, both domains are hosted on seperate hosts. Office 365 manages email for both domains.
I want to keep Office 365 managing email for both domains, but I want my .co.uk web domain to point to my .com site.
How can I do this?
Hi Rocky_365fury,
How about current situation?
Best Regards,
Jacky Ding
So do I remove the 123 DNS settings for the MX record and CNAME with the MSoffice ones OR do I have both?
Please help!
I only need a 1 user license myname@mywebsite.com . I also advertise a general email address info@mywebsite.com, but do not use that account, other than customer to email to the company, to which i respond from myname@mywebsite.com.
Is there anyway to add the info@mywebsite.com as a forwarding email, without having to pay for it as a separate license? The way i have it set up now, it's charging me for 2 licenses: myname@mywebsite.com AND info@mywebsite.com
Please respond at your earliest convenience.
Thank you
Duke
It may help to understand how this works:
When someone sends an email or enters a url in a browser the information is sent to the nameservers where the domain is hosted (normally by the registrar). The nameservers then look at the records to sort out where to forward the request. For emails, they use the MX record with the highest priority, For web site url requests they use A records and optionally CNAME records.
So no matter where you host the domain, what you want to end up with is an A record pointed at the ip address of the server where your site is hosted, and an MX record pointed at your email host.
