Re: TeamSite URL being wrongly generated by office 365 webpages
Re: Intermittent problem with email redirect
Hi Fe,
Thanks for your updates.
I’ve noticed that you’ve set multiple MX records and two of them are set in the same priority(which is 0), I think this is why the mails were sent to both Office 365 mailbox and Godaddy mail server.
To solve the issue, if you want to use Office 365 mailbox as your receive/send server, please login in your domain control panel in Godaddy, find the MX records that not pointed to Office 365(without outlook.com in the value) and change the priority of the records to another number instead of “0”(like 10 or 20), then save the change. After that, all the mails send to your mail address will first look up to Office 365 mailbox and will be delivered to Office 365 directly.
For more details, please refer to: Adding or Editing MX Records in Godaddy.
Please feel free to post your updates here at your convenient time.

Re: TeamSite URL being wrongly generated by office 365 webpages
Basically, this is a bug. =P. Well, I'm sure TFS or Product Studio already has this logged into :)
Thx for the prompt response.

Re: Cannot access Team Site
Hi Phil,
Thanks for your reply in private message with your site URL. I’ve tried to access the public-facing website and find it works fine. Does the problem occurred irregularly and just for a few of users?
Based on the situation, I recommend you to remove users’ licenses for SharePoint Online services and then re-assign licenses and permissions to these users to see if it helpful.
Thanks,
Nancy Xie
Re: Cannot access Team Site
Nancy
We have done this prior to connecting here. We created a new administrator user, deleted the users with the issues and re-created them as new users. You are not understanding this issue. We have no problems with mail, calendars, the public facing site, or the office web apps. We cannot access our Sharepoint team site where our documents are stored and our work spaces have been created.
We are a small company without an IT staff. If you cannot resolve this issue I will, once again, insist that you either submit a service request for me our provide me that access on my administrative function so I can submit it. This has gone on for too long. Our new workweek begins tomorrow and we cannot be without access to our stored documents and shared work.
Re: Correct DNS; TXT & MX Settings For Office365 to Verify
Hi Vehltor,
Thanks for your post. I understand that. My question is the error message you received when you click on "verify domain". Can you post the error message here?
Thanks, Neo Zhu

I suggest you use search engine optimization to optimize your website.
To use the search engine optimization through the design editor for the public-facing website, Please follow these instructions:
1. Sign in online portal via admin account -> In the Admin page click "Edit Website"
2.""Click on the Design tab, once the Design tab is selected, click properties
3. Click the Search Engine Optimization tab
4. Add Metatags -> Click Apply -> Click OK

Re: Access to web site and web page traffic reports
Hi Aaron. thanks for your fast reply, but it's all new to me can you explain where I copy ant past the links you suggested, is it through a page on Office 365 or Google?
And do I type as follows;
www.skegnesscaravansholiday.com/_layout/usage.aspx
Sorry to be a pain, but it was so so much easier and quicker on the old Microsoft small business where you just had 1 tab to click on saying 'Reports' ??
Please help.

Dave Russell From Derby
Re: delay receiving email
Before moving on, I would like to confirm the current situation:
1. Do you see the same delayed emails when using Outlook Web Access?
2. Does the delayed email have large attachments?
Please test to send from other email system, such as Hotmail, to see if the same issue occurred.

Re: Domain Name not Verified
I'm not sure what you're talking about.
MelbourneIT is who has the records for both my domain names.
365 has a process for linking both my domain names to the 365 website.
One of my two domain names is verified (sportsorthomassage.com) and the second one (sports-ortho-massage.com) has not been cleared - though its been months!
Do you people actually FIX PROBLEMS or do you just send emails??
For my first domain to be activated (verified, whatever) I had to contact Team 365 thru the community site.
So here we are again.
ALL I WANT TO TO HAVE MY WEBSITE UP AND RUNNING AND LINKING WITH MY DOMAINS. CAN YOU HELP TO ACCOMPLISH THAT?
What are you talking about with my email with Hotmail?????
Please refer this to your supervisor. I would prefer to deal with someone further up the food chain, if you don't mind.
Any by the way, this is about 6 months of paying for your service that has not delivered. If you cannot solve this, just say so and I'll go somewhere else!
Thank you,
Bridget Powers
