That answers pretty much all of my questions re the licensing.

For the migration, as we'd be going from Exchange to Exchange (O365 Small Business -> Enterprise), is there not an easier way than the batch csv copy? Is there a powershell command we could use to import the data to the new mailboxes?

Obviously for 50 users, doing individual copies of the mailbox via the Outlook client is impractical.
