I suggest you clear the browser cache, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open your Internet Explorer
2. Click F12
3. Click Cache
4. Click Clear Browser Cache, Clear Browser Cache for this domain, Clear Session Cookies, and Clear Cookies for domain
Please also use another computer and network environment to see if the issue still exists.
