Re: Issues with Microsoft accounts in Windows 8 possibly related to OLSB to O365 transition

Hi alexbchalmers,

From your description, it could be caused by a browser problem.

To solve this issue, we suggest you follow the steps below:
1.Use IE 8 x32 and above version instead of other browsers.
2. Reset IE and clear the IE Cache:
To reset IE, please refer to this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
To clear the IE cache: Open IE->Press F12->Click “Cache”->Click “Clear browser cache”
3. Delete browser history: Open IE->Click “Tools” (in the upper right)->Click “Internet options”->Click “General”->Click “Delete” button under Browser history.

After you finish the above steps, wait for some time and try again.
