I don't know why the suggestion above about your browser was even made - MSFT is well aware that this has nothing to do with your browser. A lot of people have been waiting for several months for a fix for this - search this forum and you'll find other threads about it. Apparently they didn't foresee there'd be a conflict when you have the same id in services supported by Live authentication (MSFT account) and 365 authentication. Pretty embarrassing for them but so far no word on how they're going to fix it. As it is, you can't use the same id in both services and many people can't access one or the other.
