Do you mean when the fax machine receives a fax, this machine will send this fax as an email to a mailbox?

Office 365 doesn’t use the feature, so there is no option to turn on or turn off. If the machine connects to Office 365 by SMTP, this machine must support TLS. You can log into Office 365 mailbox. Click the Options on the top right and click See All Options. After that, you can check ‘Setting for POP, IMAP and SMTP access’.
