To troubleshoot the issue, I’d like to confirm the following information with you:

1. Who is the recipient, your internal mail account or the external mail?
2. If you send a mail to other external mail account (such as hotmail), can the attachments be viewed?

I suggest you send an attachment with doc or xls file to see if the issue existed.

To access the Private Message, please perform the following steps:

1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.

2. Click the Private Message.

3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
