Not receiving incoming emails from a certain address

Hello,


A user in my organisation is claiming that a client is trying to send an email to him but we're not receiving it.


I have the external senders email address, is there a way that I can check to see if the email is being bounced for spam reasons etc?


with an on-premise exchange server I could always check the logs and find out what's happening. Is there something similar in O365?
