In reference to an old software joke, "I pushed the car back to the top of the hill, and the brakes still don't work." In other words, still no joy... As far as step 5 is concerned the change has not propagated... Like I said about Internic, still no answer from their support to confirm if the name changes I made have been applied, their support is terrible. I will keep trying. Any other suggestions on how I can verify the name change. My challenge now, of course, is to figure out where the break is in the chain, and for me the chain may as well be at the bottom of the Atlantic ocean.
