We cannot get assistance from consultants that don't exist any more. They no longer answer calls - Lync or email. Presumably they have closed up shop. Are you saying we are stuck until we replace our computers? If you are not saying that, what are our options? Surely there is some way to rid our computers of the remnants of files or data (such as logins) so that we can start afresh?
