Everyone on the OFFICE 365 license has their own unique already set-up email address (e.g., joe@smoth.com, sally@rlt.org.nz, karen@irhace.org.nz, etc) which they use at work (they are NOT all at the same company or doamin name). I want to enable my group of directors from different companies to use their existing email address to login to the office 365 account and NOT have to remember a new onmircrosift or any other email address. Where I work, we have 365, there are four organistions in one office sharing the same unified Office 365 (with libraries for each organisation). Everyone logs in to the account using their own email addresses which have diffferent domain names. That's what I want. I did not set-up this one (an IT person did) so I want want to know how to set the account up like that. Thank you.
