We do not have an administrator account.
We wanted to trial Office 365 and applied through Microsoft's site for a consultant to implement the trial. We contacted the recommended consultant who put us on their system @pmeservices.onmicrosoft.com . They were unable to get the trial working properly, and communication was poor from the start. Then they stopped replying at all. We have tried Lync and email communications asking them to disengage us and there is no reply.
When we try to run our own trial using the newer Office 2013/365 we find the consultant's links are still present in our system For example, if in Word we try to email the current document, we are requested to sign in to pmeservices.onmicrosoft.com .
Here's the point - we were never given admin access, yet we cannot remain locked in to a consultant that has disappeared. There must be some way to disengage our system and start again. What is it?
