Hi,
one of our clients have subscribed to Office 365 Small Business. We are noticing that for some users when they type a local users in the TO using Outlook 2010, the users address is displayed with organisational details as screenshot attached. We tried the following:
Installed Email on a different profile
Installed Email on a different notebook
downloaded addressbook
All of the above didnt resolve the issue. We can confirm that the issue is present on certain users and not on all. Further to that we also noticed that if you leave the address with the code, it then resolves correctly after a while. It was also noticed that once the address is resolved, you will have to restart to encounter the same issue again.
We did not encounter this issue on OWA.
Please help us resolve this issue ASAP as clients are willing to change to another hosted service if this issue is not resolved.
