Hi Roy,
the specific error could be caused by that the Microsoft Online module for PowerShell is not configured correctly. Please refer Use Windows PowerShell to manage Office 365 to configure the module first and try again.
Also Please refer the step 1 in my previous post to configure PowerShell for Exchange Online before you run the command, please feel free to post your updates here at your convenient time.
