Based on the issue description, you have linked your Outlook 2010 with Office365 Exchange Online which is working fine. However, you find that the synchronization of your calendar and contact isn’t working as expected.To isolate this issue, I’d like you can check the following information:
- Once we imported the contact and calendar to the Outlook2010 client, can you check it at OWA (Outlook Web apps) via http://mail.office365.com/ to ensure that all the imported calendar and contacts has been sync to OWA or not.
- If yes, I’d like you can remove your profile on your cell-phone and remove the mobile phone on OWA (Login to OWA -> mail -> options -> Phones -> remove device), after that please re-create the profile on your cell-phone.
- If not, I’d like you can use the following steps to create your Outlook 2010 profile.
- Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles -> “Add” a new profile, cancel the following add account wizard
- Set your new profile as default profile
- Run “Set up and configure your Office desktop apps” via portal.microsoftonline.com/.../default.aspx
- Using Office Outlook 2007 auto-discover feature to connect Exchange Online Service (reference : portal.microsoftonline.com/.../default.aspx ) or you can manually configure by following the KB support.microsoft.com/.../2404385
- Modify your contact or your calendar and check again.
