I have been using Office 365 for my exchange service for a little over a month and on Sunday, December 16th there was a scheduled service update to my account and since that time I cannot get emails on my Android phone. I can still access my email on my computer though Outlook and yes I am using exchange. Is there anyone who can tell me what might have happened? I have since deleted my exchange account from ,my phone and now cannot get it to reconfigure.
