Before moving on, I would like to clarify that did all the users in your organization encounter the same issue?
If it’s Outlook client, please test the issue via Outlook Web App. If the issue persists, I suggest logging on Outlook Web App on another computer to test the issue. If the issue disappears, the issue may be related to IE settings. You can reset IE to troubleshoot the issue.
