Re: Exchange stopped working on Android Phone

Hi Jeff,

As I understand it, after the Exchange Online service upgrade, your Android Phone can’t connect to Exchange Online via ActiveSync.

If so, I suggest you update your Mobile Phone Android OS version to the latest version. Meanwhile, currently, there are some known issues on Exchange ActiveSync during the Service Upgrade, please refer to the KB article below for more detailed information:
