Actually, I don't understand all the instructions, specifically the line that says, "• Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles -> “Add” a new profile, cancel the following add account wizard". It sounds like you want me to add a new profile, but then it says, "cancel the following add account wizard", which sounds like you want me to cancel the add. This sounds like conflicting instructions, please advise.
To the rest of your post, When I create an entry on my Office 2010, it does not upload to OWA. But, if I go into OWA and create a calenary entry, it downloads to my phone. This tells me that the link between Office 2010 and OWA is not syncronizing.
One other point of clarification. I have 2 email accounts configured in Outlook. (1) My work email and (2) my personal gmail. The sync problem does not happen in BOTH of these accounts. I don't think this is pertinent to the solution,but thought you should know.
