We are having trouble sending out email to our yahoo receipients from our distribution list in Office 365.
We have several complaints from members on our list that have Yahoo addresses. They have not been receiving our email messages, and have checked their spam folders also. We don't seem to have any problems sending to other email addresses.
I'm begining to suspect it may have to do with our DNS or SPF records. I ran the "Microsoft Remote Connectivity Test" and received the following results:
Performing Sender ID validation ... Sender ID validation failed ... Parsing the SPF record and evaluating mechanisms and modifiers. ... SPF Record evaluation resulted in a Sender ID failure
However, the RBL and Reverse DNS tests passed.
Any ideas on what to do next?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Laura
