Did this issue occur if your users using Outlook client or Outlook Web App to receive and read emails?

Regarding to your request about contact

are supported for Office 365 for Enterprise users currently.

2.To find a phone number for your country or region, sign in to Office 365. On the Admin Overview page, on the left pane, under Support, click Overview.
