Hi Erik,

Because Office 365 P1 plan cannot be switched to E plan, so I recommend you register an new account for Office 365 E1 plan first, and then transfer the data to Office 365 E1 plan. Here are some suggestions for transferring data:
1. Export SharePoint data out from current SharePoint site and then upload them to E plan's site.
2. Export the e-mails to .PST file and then import them to new email accounts. You can use Outlook client to achieve this goal, please refer to http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/dd401503.aspx.
