Thank you all for your suggestions. I need to clarify. If I follow the advice posted above, I will not suffer any down time is that correct? If down time will be experienced, I need to wait until January 1st to make any changes as I am in an email back and forth at this time and do not want to lose contact with those in the correspondence.
