As I mentioned above:

Accessing it from another computer does nothing. It is clearly related to the user account / mailbox and NOT the machine. All went fine UNTIL the box was successfully converted to a shared box, at that point connections could no longer be established.
I could run powershell with admin privileges on Bill Gates freaking machine and it would not help lol
I do appreciate the responses though, at least your trying. The ticket I submitted over this still hasn't been replied to.
