Based on my HR request , we need to disable the account of one of our employee for few months and we might enable it later .
I tried to remove licenses but I got a warning that I might loose data permanently.so I didn't.
I simply blocked the user by going to settings and checking the Set sign-in status to Blocked.
Now the user should not be able to sign in or accessing mail or lync , right?
Can he receive emails even if he is blocked?
All I want is that user canno be able to send or receive anything on lync or outlook.
