As I understand it, you want your email to be hosted at Office 365 instead of Google Apps.

To achieve this goal, it is suggested that you change the name servers of your domain to Office 365 so that all necessary DNS records can be automatically added to your domain.

In addition, if you want to migrate old emails from Google Apps to Office 365, please refer to Migrate E-Mail from an IMAP Server to Cloud-based Mailboxes

Also please pay attention to the time you choose to change the email host, an email interruption cannot be avoided.
