Thanks i have set that up as per your instructions. The domain eccohardware.com works but www.eccohardware.com doesnt not. Previously if i pinged www.eccohardware.com it returned one of your hosting names but now if i ping the www site it times out and the message says "ping request could not find www.eccohardware.com......"
