I'm new to 365 and trying to set everything up. I am at step two of setting up my own, existing domain name, trying to tell 365 which IP address to redirect web traffic to.
The IP address I'm using is perfectly valid. When you type into a browser, it shows my website.
But 365 setup is not recognising this and says "it appears that this IP address is not the one for your website". When trying to use the "save anyway" override, it just comes back with "Sorry, couldn't save it this time, tray again later"
I think it's just rotten that there is no direct help available from MS and we are left to our own devices. Even the page on Office 365 help is incorrect. It says you should be able to lodge a service request under Admin->Support. But that feature doesn't exist!
Does anyone know what I should do? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
