               Thanks for replay. User is doing nothing.User is just fillup form that is custom web part. That add data in SharePoint list.

I have created workflow for that list when ever item is added in that list than workflow is trigger and send mail. It is by default SharePoint designer workflow.

Send Email Activity is user.

If user is login in office 365 and fill up form than workflow is working perfect.

But if anonymous user fill up form than workflow is not working
