Actually all versions of the Microsoft cloud-based e-mail service use Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (FOPE) to combat spam and phishing. However, the ability to manage message hygiene features with the FOPE Administration Center is limited to Microsoft Office 365 for enterprises subscriptions. For more information, please see Spam Filtering and Message Hygiene.

For Office 365 Professional and Small Business plan, you can add the spam email senders in to the Blocked senders list to block the spam email. Please refer to Junk E-Mail Settings to do this.
