Hi Neil,

I’ve checked the domain information you provided and found you haven’t point the Name Server to Microsoft. Even that, the records show that it seems you haven’t verified the domain in the Office 365 Portal. Based on current situation, I’d like to suggest you following the steps in Add a new domain to Office 365 in order to get the domain work.
