I am not happy period. I had a free website hosted by microsoft. So now you wan to charge everyone to include charities and just simple basic websites that dont make money. Ok so now i have 6 days to set up paying for P1 plan. Ok so i have gone to the screen to do that and it wont show me all the details in order for me to pay. now i have called the 0844 number i have spoken to 5 diferent people explaining the situation all with serious foreign accents who obviously dont comprehend the problem and cannot deal with it as i am transferred here and there and no one can deal with it.or i am given wrong phone numbers to talk to people and the last guy well he said let me transfer you and a recording came up saying the number dont exist .. this is ridiculous .. do you want me to have my website or not do you want me to pay the monthly subscription or not .. well i dont know why i am continuing to bother with you people as none of you are addressing your software problem for a start so i can make this payment in microsoftonline.com (365) for my website and no one is dealing with the software problem on the phone nor about taking my payment so i can keep my website . .so where is bill gates as staff here knoweledge and resolution is a big fat zero
