Hi Mr. Bill,
Before moving on, I would like to collect the following information:
1. Currently, couldn't you log into Office 365 portal on the three computer via the link: https://portal.microsoftonline.com/ ?
2. In terms of the three computers, could you log into Office 365 portal with them in different network environments?
3. Did you get any error message when you failed to log into Office 365 portal? Could you provide it to me? A screenshot of that is appreciated.
Considering the situation, I recommend you try the following steps:
1. Under the network environment, sign into the Office 365 portal with In private Browsing(Settings>Safety or Ctrl+ Shift+ P) in Internet Explorer Browser.
2. Add the following address to “Trusted sites” in Internet Explorer Browser
(Settings>Internet Options>Security>Trusted sites):
http://*.sharepoint.com/
http://*.microsoftonline.com/
https://*.outlook.com/
https://*.lync.com/
3. Perform a clean boot to troubleshoot the problem.
For detailed information about it, please refer to the following articles:

Thanks,
Ida Qiu
