Emails sent to my users are bouncing, receiving a "550 5.4.1 Relay Access Denied" error.
I read on the forum that I must contact BPOS support to ask that they remove any remnants of my previous account from forefront. (http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/161/p/8288/34387.aspx#34387). Previously, I had Microsoft Online, but left before the transition to Office 365. Now trying to come back and getting this issue. It is outrageous that there is no phone number for support! Especially when posts from MSFT support in the forums say "contact BPOS". Well that's impossible! Email to my company is bouncing, and there's nothing I can do!
Just to confirm, this is happening on all accounts on the domain kmr-nyc.com.
