My customers have alerted me to problems with the shopping cart on my website. One has mentioned that it won't allow you to add two different types of product at the same time, another has said that when they try to purchase something, someone else's details are showing in the basket and they are not allowed to alter it.
Also I received 4 emails from one person within 20 minutes last week, when they were actually sent over a few days - the emails get more impatient as it appears that I am not responding.
Please let me know what I can do to fix these problems - my customers are not happy.
