DNS headache

Our website is down and we can't figure out how to get it back up after migrating to Office 365 for email and OWA only.  We have searched the forums and help but nothing seems to address the situation we are in or we simply don't understand enough to know what to do.

We are configured under a P1 license.  We were using 1and1 as an all in one host/registrar including email.  We chose to transfer to Office 365 for OWA (especially email) and are switching to Adobe Business Catalyst for website hosting.

First we changed the MX record at 1and1 for Microsoft to verify domain ownership.  That went fine and we are verified and our domain brought up our website (only withouut the www).  However, we want to point all web traffic to Adobe now and we went into the Admin panel, Manage DNS and changed the static IP for the website from the one provided by 1and1 to the one provided by Adobe.  Now we cannot access our website at all!  pbcevents.com

We would prefer to have Microsoft manage the DNS to make sure OWA, and all the other features of the P1 plan stay available and updated.  We do have the NS addresses for Adobe and could switch if Microsoft would provide an MX record but we would prefer not to, even though we have been told that this is not an optimal configuration.

We were hoping for phone support or even live chat like you get with the E1 plan but we need to be able to edit Word and Excel in OWA.  We would gladly pay extra for phone support but it is not available for P1, so here we are hoping to get help the only way possible.

We hope there's someone out there that can help us get the website up and running.  Otherwise we may have to rethink our choice of 365.

Thank You,

Bob and Eddy
