Service Upgrade issues

Our account started the upgrade process this morning and I have multiple people having issues with their Outlook not syncing and prompting for password. A few of them have been resolved by closing out of outlook and opening it back up and retyping the password, however some of them are not able to send/receive at all. It is almost like our server address is being changed because if I set the account for them up with a new profile the address is different. Matching up the addresses in the existing profile does not work. I thought there were not supposed to be issues with the upgrade? I would have said it's coincidence but i have had about 10 people so far with the same if not similar issues all over the country.
