Bourne -
Thank you for your help.
Based on you response, I closed all tabs on my IE10 and opened it on the desktop, which got me to the "tools" menu.
I checked the "Enable" button next to "Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins." Also, clicked the "Enable" button next to "Script ActiveX Controls Marked Safe for Scripting."
When I click "Outlook" from the top of my 365 screen, I get OWA for a few seconds and then still get the error message "The ActiveX controls need to be enabled in IE for OWA to work correctly."
Any suggestions?
