I signed up for Office 365 Home Premium Preview a few days ago. However, I discovered it won't work for me, as I'll be using Office for my business and Home Premium is non-commercial only.
Today, I tried to sign up for the Small Business Preview instead. Hopefully, I can change over like this.
Everything went well, until (I think) Step 3, changing my email address. I wanted to change from the user id/email sslarsen@xxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com [domain name was removed by moderator] to just sslarsen@mojoimpact.com. Once done, I was instructed to log out and log in with this new id. I am unable to do so. Attempting to log in with the new id I get an error: "The user ID or password is incorrect." When I try the original id I get an error:
Sorry, we can't process your request.

I'm at a loss here. Does something need to be reset? To be clear, I'd like to switch from Office 365 Home Premium to Office 365 for Small Business. I was able verify my company's domain. But I never logged out while setting up the account until I was instructed to do so.
