Hi Scott,

Once the domain suffix is changed, you should use the new login ID (user@domain.com) to access the online services.

Are you using Internet Explorer (IE)? I’d like to suggest you enter InPrivate Browsing mode (press Ctrl+Shift+P). And then please try to login in using the new login ID. You can also test this issue in other browser.
