I signed up yesterday and after creating my first user, it told me to sign out and back in again, at that point it would not allow me to sign in under and username and password.
I called support who still cannot fix the problem, can't give me an ETA, or do anything helpful for me, I was migrating to Office 365 Small Business from Google Apps, but if this is how their service is I should just cancel the switch and stick with google apps.
The only information they gave me was that I created the account during a server outage, which caused my names not to properly fill into active directory.
