Let's clarify the situation: you set up a subsite under Team Site, and you want the subsite can only be accessed by yourself.
Actually, we can change the subsite permission, follow the steps below:
1. Log into the subsite. On the left upper quarter of subsite, click Site Actions.
2. Select Site Settings. Under Users and Permissions, click Site permissions.
3. On the Ribbon, click Stop Inheriting Permissions.
4. Click Grant Permissions, enter the appropriate user name who is able to access the subsite.
5. Select all groups, click Remove User Permissions.
