Based on the current situation, I suggest you reset the password to resolve this issue.
Have you created any other administrative accounts? You can use the administrative account to reset your password.
You can also reset your own password by clicking “Forgot your password?”. After following the wizard, an email message will be sent to your alternate email address. For detailed information, you can refer to:
