dns questions

Hi! I've changed the mx-posts at my domain supplier one.com. Although the changes have been completed (verified by  http://mxtoolbox.com/) the changes cannot be seen in the admin interface in office365:

Pekar just nu på Ska peka på Namnserver 1 ns01.one.com ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com Namnserver 2 ns02.one.com ns2.bdm.microsoftonline.com

Is it necessary to also change the web-dns to point at the above adresses? If yes, why?
