As I understand it, you are unable to upload documents to SharePoint Online when you use Office 2010 and Office 365 Small Business Plan (P Plan) in Windows 8.
The issue only occurs to Office 2010 setup in Windows 8 workstation. Given the situation, there is a temporary solution provided via private message. To access the private message, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private messages.
3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
