1. When you first add a connected account, email is downloaded immediately. After the initial download, email is downloaded from your connected accounts every hour when you’re not signed in to Outlook Web App.
2. If the emails are downloaded by POP endpoint, the emails will be deleted on the server. For example: If the email was downloaded by Office 365 account, your old Outlook account cannot receive it because the email was deleted on the server already.
