Before moving on, I’d like to confirm which version of Office 365 you have activated, Office 365 for Small Businesses or Office 365 for Enterprises?
If you have subscribed Office 365 for Enterprises, please refer to the following steps to download Office Professional Plus:
1) Sign in Office 365 portal
2) Click Downloads under Resources on the right panel
3) Under Install Microsoft Office Professional Plus, select proper language and version, then click Install
However, if you have subscribed Office 365 for Small Businesses, did you purchase Office Professional Plus according to the following steps:
1) Sign in Office 365 portal
2) On Admin page, click Purchase under Subscriptions on the left panel
3) You will enter Purchase subscriptions, then click Add button under Office Professional Plus(Month to Month)
After the subscription finished, you will find Office software you purchased by referring to the following steps:
1) Click Start
2) Click All Programs
3) The Office software file will be listed
