Thank you for your response, i can confirm that i had previously carried out the instructions mentioned above but alas BT are still unable to create a new e-mail for me using my domain as it appears to still be locked with yourselves still. I'm sure that when i initially removed the domain i saw something saying that it would be completely removed at the end of my payment period i.e. one month? if this is the case i can't wait that long as need to create my new e-mails immediately. I have been without them for a week now due to the conflict preventing BT from creating my new e-mails.
Your further assistance on this would be much appreciated.
